Job Summary:
Are you a vibrant, results-driven communicator with a passion for sales? Join our dynamic team at Jade BPO Solutions LTD and help us grow our sales portfolio through engaging conversations and top‑notch customer care service!Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and sell products/services
Send accurate, timely quotations and manage all follow-up communications
Conduct field visits for prospective and existing customers
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Collaborate with the sales team for seamless work
Maintain accurate records and prepare portfolio reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures
Report market feedback, challenges, and process-improvement ideas to your Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales or related activities.
Education: Degree in Business or any related field.
Skills: Vibrant and bold communicators, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Bonus: Training in sales customer care services is an added advantage.
