Tele-Sales Agent

Job Summary:

Are you a vibrant, results-driven communicator with a passion for sales? Join our dynamic team at Jade BPO Solutions LTD and help us grow our sales portfolio through engaging conversations and top‑notch customer care service!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and sell products/services

  • Send accurate, timely quotations and manage all follow-up communications

  • Conduct field visits for prospective and existing customers

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs

  • Collaborate with the sales team for seamless work

  • Maintain accurate records and prepare portfolio reports

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures

  • Report market feedback, challenges, and process-improvement ideas to your Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales or related activities.

  • Education: Degree in Business or any related field.

  • Skills: Vibrant and bold communicators, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Bonus: Training in sales customer care services is an added advantage.
