Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce and sell products/services
- Send accurate, timely quotations and manage all follow‑up communications
- Conduct field visits for prospective and existing customers
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the sales team for seamless work
- Maintain accurate records and prepare sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal procedures.
- Report market feedback, challenges, and process‑improvement ideas to your sales Manager.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in sales or related activities.
Education: Degree or Diploma in Business or any related field.
Skills: Vibrant and bold communicators, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Bonus: Training in sales customer care services is an added advantage.
